Our dedicated team of dieticians will provide instruction to patients leading up to surgery and follow-up with patients post-surgery as well. Eating post-surgery typically starts with liquids, then progresses to a soft diet, and ultimately back to a regular diet. Despite a somewhat slower dieting transition, most patients immediately notice a difference with their hunger
